Can our agency bill restaurant clients directly under our own Stripe account?
Yes! Under our White-Label Wholesale model, you pay CafeOS a discounted wholesale rate (e.g. $55–$65/mo per location) and bill your clients whatever monthly retainer you wish ($150, $250, $500/mo) through your own Stripe or billing software. You keep 100% of the markup.
Can we customize the domain name for each restaurant or under our master agency domain?
Both are supported. You can host your master ordering portal at orders.youragency.com, and give each client their own custom branded subdomain (e.g. order.clientrestaurant.com) or embedded widget on their existing WordPress, Webflow, or Squarespace site.
