1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this online ordering portal operated under the CafeOS platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. If you disagree with any clause, you must cease using our digital services.

2. Ordering & Menu Limitations

We provide digital menus for ordering pickup and food preparations:

• You must be at least 18 years old or under parental guidance to place an order
• You agree to provide true, current, and complete customer information during checkout
• Strict Entree Policy: Standard entree items are prepared strictly according to our set culinary recipes. We do not accommodate special requests for modifications (e.g. "no onions in rice" or "only broccoli"). Modifying comments left in order text boxes will be disregarded by the chefs, and refunds will not be issued on this basis.

3. Pricing, Payments, & Refunds

Payments are routed securely via Stripe. Total amounts include local sales taxes (8.25% in Sherman, TX) and optional tips. All prices are in USD.

• Once placed, orders are immediately scheduled for teppanyaki preparation. Cancellations are generally not allowed
• For disputes or issues with your food quality, please contact us directly at (903) 421-4063
• Zero hidden commission fees: The price you see is set directly by Two Brothers Hibachi

4. Operational Schedule & Timing

Preparations are made during service hours (Tuesday – Saturday: 11:30 AM – 8:30 PM). If you place an order outside of these hours, your order will be prepared on the next available operational day.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
